VantorKit provides a suite of 25+ browser-based utilities for data transformation, mathematical calculations, file manipulations (PDFs, images, CSV, JSON), text editing, and everyday productivity. All computational processing occurs exclusively on the user's local machine via modern browser APIs (HTML5, Canvas, WebAssembly, Web Crypto). VantorKit does not host, retain, or store user-generated content or files on remote servers.
3. Permitted Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use VantorKit for personal, professional, and commercial tasks, subject to the following restrictions:
- You may not use the services to process illegal materials, malicious software, unauthorized confidential documents, or content that infringes upon the intellectual property of third parties.
- You may not launch automated denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, flood requests, or attempt to compromise server infrastructure.
- You may not scrape, frame, mirror, or repackage VantorKit branding, design assets, or original code to mislead consumers or distribute fraudulent clone services.
4. Disclaimers of Warranties ("As-Is" Utilities)
The tools, scripts, calculators, and informational materials on VantorKit are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. Specifically:
- Calculation Accuracy: While we employ industry-standard algorithms and high-precision mathematics, VantorKit makes no warranty regarding absolute accuracy, completeness, or suitability of results for critical financial, legal, medical, or architectural purposes. Always independently audit vital figures with certified professionals.
- File Conversion Fidelity: Conversions involving PDF documents, vector graphics, image compression, and text diffs are executed on best-effort browser engines. We do not warrant that all document layouts, embedded font subsets, or complex vector paths will render without variance.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Platform Property: The VantorKit name, brand logo, domain name, graphic identity, UI components, stylesheets, and original source code are the exclusive property of VantorKit and its founders, protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
User Content Ownership: You retain 100% full, unrestricted ownership and copyright over all files, images, documents, texts, and datasets you process through VantorKit utilities. We claim zero ownership, rights, or licenses over your proprietary materials.
6. Third-Party Advertisements & External Links
VantorKit displays third-party advertisements through Google AdSense to sustain free, open access. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume liability for any products, services, claims, or external content advertised on the platform or linked externally. Your interactions with advertisers are strictly between you and the respective third-party vendor.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall VantorKit, its developers, operators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages—including but not limited to loss of profits, data corruption, business interruption, or system failure—arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use the platform.
