100% Client-Side Architecture Guarantee

When you use VantorKit utilities—including PDF mergers, image converters, formatters, and calculators—all computing execution occurs locally within your web browser using HTML5 Canvas, the Web Crypto API, and WebAssembly. No documents, photos, text contents, or calculation parameters are ever transmitted to or stored on our servers.

1. Information We Collect (And What We Never Collect)

Unlike conventional web applications that process files in the cloud, VantorKit executes operations locally on your hardware. Here is how our data handling is structured:

  • User Files & Processing Inputs: We never receive, log, or store your uploaded images, PDFs, CSVs, markdown documents, passwords, or computational inputs. When you close or refresh your browser tab, all temporary memory used by the tool is immediately released.
  • Local Storage Data: We utilize standard browser localStorage solely to remember your preferred interface language (stored under the key vantorkit_lang). This data resides exclusively on your local device and is never uploaded.
  • Standard Server Log Files: Like nearly all websites, our hosting servers collect anonymous, standard access logs (such as IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, referring URLs, and timestamps). These logs are utilized strictly for DDoS mitigation, infrastructure stability, and bot protection.

2. Advertising & Third-Party Cookies (Google AdSense)

To keep all 25+ VantorKit tools 100% free with unlimited access for all users, we display third-party advertisements served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this website or other websites across the Internet:

Third-party ad networks or ad servers use technology in their respective advertisements and links that appear on VantorKit, which are sent directly to your browser. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. VantorKit has no access to or control over cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.

3. How to Manage and Disable Cookies

You can choose to disable or selectively turn off third-party cookies in your browser settings, or by managing preferences in security software. However, this may affect how you interact with other sites on the web. Disabling cookies will not prevent you from using any of VantorKit's core client-side calculation, conversion, or formatting utilities.

4. GDPR Compliance & European Privacy Rights

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you possess distinct data protection rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Because VantorKit does not require account creation and does not retain personal profiles, identifying records, or uploaded files, our processing footprint is minimized by design.

To the extent that any personal data is captured in server connection logs, you hold the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the privacy email address indicated below.

5. CCPA & California Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell My Info)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents are entitled to know what personal information is collected, request its deletion, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data:

  • We Do Not Sell Personal Information: VantorKit has never sold, rented, or bartered your personal information to third parties.
  • Right to Know & Delete: You have the right to request that we disclose what data we collect and request the deletion of any collected technical log records.
  • Non-Discrimination: We will never discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA or CPRA privacy rights.

6. Children's Online Privacy Protection (COPPA)

Protecting children's online safety is paramount. VantorKit does not knowingly solicit or collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you believe your child has provided personal information on our website, please notify us immediately, and we will promptly remove such records from our server logs.
